Meet the founder

Built for athletes
doing the work.

Nutrition apps are built to help people eat less. Athletes need help eating right for the work they do.

FuelIQX exists to close a gap I kept running into. It's built for athletes at every level who want their nutrition to keep pace with their training.

The story

Why FuelIQX exists

01 — The problem

One target for every day doesn't work

Most trackers treat every day the same. A hard training day, a rest day and the day before competition each call for different fuel, yet the usual tools offer one fixed target and leave the athlete to work out the rest. The result is under-fuelled sessions, slower recovery and a lot of guesswork.

02 — The approach

Start from the sport, not the scale

FuelIQX starts from your sport, your training and your goals, and turns them into daily targets you can act on. It adjusts with the sessions you log, makes logging fast enough to keep up with, and over time shows how what you eat relates to how you train.

03 — The commitments

Research you can check. Data you own.

Every target is grounded in published sports-nutrition research, and the sources are listed in the app for anyone to check. Your data is yours: no ads, no third-party trackers, and it is never sold.

Principles

What I won't compromise on

Fuel for performance, not restriction.

Targets move with your training — more on the days you work hardest, never one fixed number.

If FuelIQX recommends it, the research behind it is one tap away in Sources & Citations.

Speed is a feature.

A tracker you stop using helps no one. Every log should take seconds.

Privacy by default.

No ads, no trackers, nothing sold — and deleting your account deletes your backup.

Built with athletes.

Feature requests come straight to me, and I read every one.

Thank you for being part of it.
